Standard Splash Pads

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The goods are in the original packaging or a sturdy box. No envelopes!

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or customized.

• Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which have been altered in any way.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. In order to exercise your right, you must inform us of your decision by email. We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Customized Splash Pads

Each of our customized splash pads is custom-made to fit your specific needs, which makes them non-returnable. In the unlikely event of material defects or manufacturing errors, rest assured that we will promptly address any issues.

Returning Goods

When returning goods, you are responsible for the associated costs and risks. Please return in the original packaging. Send the items to the following address: Sink Thingy, 5101 E San Mateo St, Sierra Vista, AZ 85650. Refunds can only be issued upon the actual receipt of the returned items or with proof of delivery. Therefore, ensure that you keep all relevant tracking information, as this will be essential for processing your refund efficiently. Thank you for your understanding.
