Custom laser cut faucet mats are a new product for us. Our standard mats were die cut but the custom mat production was a hand cut operation left a lot to be desired. It was very time consuming, inaccurate and the in house rejection rate high. The laser comes with it's own set of problems which have all been solved except odor. Your laser cut mat may have a slight odor when you put your noise on it. We've taken steps to reduce the odor issue but it's something that cannot be completely overcome. The odor lessens in a short period of time and will be eliminated in a few days.

NUMBER OF HOLES

DIAMETER OF EACH HOLE

HOLE LOCATIONS (DISTANCE FROM LEFT SIDE, DISTANCE BETWEEN HOLES, DIMENSION FROM EDGE OF SINK). A GOOD IDEA IS TO USE MASKING TAPE AND Sharpie Pen TO WRITE DOWN DIMENSIONS.

PHOTO OF SINK DECK AREA OR SKETCH WHERE MAT WILL BE PLACED.

We will produce a CAD drawing based upon the information provided. The image will be sent to you through Esty messages. Your job is to approve or make changes and let us know.

Then we'll send you a notice to purchase with instructions which price variation to choose from the drop down menu. The cost for this service is based upon mat length, up to 30" long $30.00 + shipping.
